2009 – 2010

Syndero is an online advertising firm that is unique in that they own their own consumer brands. This distinctive business model offered the prefect platform for me to utilize my best qualities; merging interaction/web design with brand development.

My main responsibility was to quickly assess the position of a particular consumer brand (9 total) and then provide successful landing pages, persuasive email campaigns, inviting banner advertising and other forms of incentivized marketing. If the product was new, I was involved in naming and often built the visual brand elements; most importantly the logomark.

My experience at Syndero was extremely valuable from a education standpoint. I learned the real value of A/B testing and other direct-response analytics. I also gained a more extensive understanding of marketing consumer brands through the merger of online, television, radio, and retail channels.
